permalink the burrito defense succeeds...
a judge has ruled in favor of a man's claim that he had alcohol on his breath not because he drank, but due to his eating of burritos made with beer-and-tequila marinated meat.

man - those things must have had a bite - the recipe included one bottle of red irish beer, 1 1/2 cups of tequila and three-quarters of a bottle of dark ale.

permalink ms150 update... - a call for help...

next month, i will be captaining a team for the ms-150, a two-day 150 mile bike tour in the heartland of america - beautiful central oklahoma. tour will have a loop route, starting and finishing south tulsa, with an overnight stay @ the halfway point @ camp gruber in muskogee. in order to participate in this event, i made a commitment to the national multiple sclerosis society to help their cause by raising money through gathering pledges.

every hour someone is diagnosed with ms, a chronic disease of the central nervous system affecting the brain and spinal cord. please join me in supporting the national ms society's mission to end the devastating effects of ms. you can support me and my team by clicking the link below and making a secure online epledge. do it! it's for a good cause, it is EASY, and it's completely tax deductible.

make a pledge:
david breedlove
mike congrove
tim kimberling
chris cotner
james hoglen

you can visit our team page HERE - here you can view team blacklist's progress towards our fund raising goal - this only shows money raised for online pledges, i estimate that as of today we have raised close to $200.00 in manual pledges that are not included in this total.
